Boy what a night . Was the first time I have ever watched drag racing. It was a big eye opener. There was not one na ford six there tonight.
All in all the cobra replica went down for its first 1/4 mile got 2 runs and got a 13.2 before rain made it slippery. Also a classic supercharged mustang took to the track in its first ever go and pulled a 14.3 of 2 runs. Xr6t ran a 13.9 and fpv gtp ran 13.9. The best ford was a Capri by Trick and Maswetto running a 9.9 second pass. Just for comparison saw a commy v6 pull 16.4's Got a bit scary though when a pac racing car hit the wall nd burst into flames..it has got me thinking second thoughts about this sport.
