Default Tyre wear, whys it happening

Ok so my AU3 is lowered by with pedders, its has a Camber kit installed, I pulled the front left tyre off yesty to work on the brakes n ive noticed that i have wear on the inside of the tyre, about 1 inch wide and has almost worn to the material, and isnt a uniforn wear all the way round.

I had a gander underneath and all i can figure is it is rubbing on the top control arm (dont quote me on terminology here), this confused the hell out of me cause isnt it supposed to be moving with the rest of the suspension and as such wouldnt rub like it has?!?!?!?!, anyone had this problem, or recommends a way to rectify may help

PS. its not negative camber either, and is only on the front left
