I heard Vic had some new flash bright red HSV HWP cars and intended on being out there and to be seen rather than hide. This a positive step in the right direction. It should be done more often where they are out there in your face and not hiding tring to raise revenue. Some of our hard earned goes to these people to protect us not to suport their revenue raising. I for one would preferr to see more of them cruising the highway and just being in the lime light reminding us all. And then if you are stupid enough to be caught then you fair desrve it.
