Question V8 Capri's ???

Hi All...
Am looking at getting a capri for a project for me and my two boys to build, and would like to get some info about what is needed to engineer a V8 capri in NSW.
Things like, what is needed brake wise, engine and gearbox cross members, which motor, clevo or windsor and how old? Do they need a collapsible stearing column? Do they need any trans tunnel modifications for big autos? etc etc ect...

I know Castlemaine Rod Shop do a conversion kit for the V8, does anyone else?

Also does anyone know an engineer in the Hunter/Newcastle or Tamworth Region that would be good to talk to about this conversion.

Any Info guys will be much appreciated, pics included.

Hope to one day be croozin with you all in a hot street capri...
Cheers
