Usually old ****s driving beaten up cars at 20km below the speed limit in the right hand lane???

Can anyone shed some light on this?

My mate had an old Volvo with a volvo team racing sticker on it.... well is wasnt actually a sticker. he cut out a peice of cardboard and sticky taped to his rear windsheild.

very funny.... until it rained.
