Default Moral Dilema Part 1

You're driving a train that's coming up to a Y intersection. On the left of the Y there is a guy working, so the train is diverted down the other one. The guy is working in a tunnel just wide enough for the train. You've just been told that the cameras in the tunnel you're set to go down has three kids playing in it! Even if you hit the brakes you're still going to collide with either the kids or the guy working because the tunnels are pretty close and you're going pretty fast and it's one of those big mo'fo' trains that takes 5 kms to stop. You can hit the "track changer button" so you don't hit the kids, but that'll mean you kill the guy.

This is a hypothetical. Someone has to die, so don't go getting all real world on me (I'm looking at you sourbastard). The question is what should you do? change the track and save the kids OR leave the track and kill the kids????

What's the greater good?

Thoughts anyone?
