Default AU SR brake rotors... help

my car seems to have a few issues with 'warped' rotors.

it is an auto AU SR falcon. it has bendix pads in the front of it. i've had the car for just over 2yrs and it has 150,000k's on it. in the time i've had it i have replaced the pads (to ferrodo which squealed like a bastard so they were quickly taken out and bendix put in) and replaced the rotors as they were vibrating under brakes (especially at high speed). after a while the new rotors were starting to vibrate under brakes so i had the old ones machined and put back in..

i drove the car last night and it's starting to play up again problem seems to be worse / more noticable at higher speeds (ie 100kph).

any ideas what the problem is? should i have harder or softer pads to stop the problem? the car is used by my wife mostly, just driving around town and on the freeway / highway once a week..

anybody, anybody, bueller
