Default best extractors for the job?

now i realise this has probly been asked before but i cant find anything relavant to my situation.....

I have the undermentioned AU1 XR6 with the hp motor in it. This car is used for mainly daily driving with the odd trip to WSID and occasional dyno days.
It is essentialy stock except for a k+n panel(soon to be a pod) and a 2.5inch mandrel bent exhaust.
Im torn between the JMM race series long headers and the pacie 4480's or 4499's. fuel economy isnt an issue here but drivability is, of course I'd like a power increase but a torque increase is more important.

Useful comments only thanks guys!
