At the end of the day a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay, and like someone has already mentioned, a lot of the offers are from wannabe's.
You can't look at the price of these cars like the price of bread or milk where there is little variation, there are many factors that determine its ultimate "market value"..
Color, rarity, options, condition and its history can all affect value by as much as 50%.
For your example the 75K H3 might have been pristine and the others poor and in need of a resto.
Similarly today an unrestored immaculate Wild Violet H3 might fetch 900K but a tired White H3 with non original motor and needing a full resto might only get 450K... So what's the market value for a H3? 450K or 900K?
Sales history is a rough guide at best... and advertised prices mean little... you need to asses each car on its merrits.
