Default Drivers & their pets

Went for a drive yesterday with my son to buy some donuts, had a craving for them at about 2pm and had to drive all over town to find some, (now I know how Homer feels).

Anyway, I'm stopped at the lights & I see this tray top ute turn the corner & drive down the road at about 20 - 30 kph, swerving left & right & occasionally stopping. The lights turn green and I take off cautiously, the ute has pulled over and I'm coming up close when the moron does a U turn right in front of me in the wet, lucky for ABS there is no accident. I hit the horn and check out the driver, there's a bloody Jack Russel sitting on the drivers lap with its head almost touching the steering wheel!

What is wrong with these people?
