Trip To Muscle Car Masters

This year the club will be holding a weekend away in Eastern Creek to view the Muscle Car Masters on the 6th and 7th of September. Accommodation has been booked and paid for. We will be departing by a 24 seat bus on the 5th at the Food for Less carpark at 4.00 PM (be there at 3.30). We will be staying at the Sydney Gateway Holiday Park at Parklea, it is the same place where we stayed at when we went to Eastern Creek last year. We will be watching the muscle cars on Saturday at Eastern Creek and then travel over to WSID to watch the quarter mile action on Saturday night. And then back to Eastern Creek on Sunday to watch the muscle cars in action again, and heading home during the afternoon. The club has paid for accommodation, so we need a $100.00 deposit per person that is attending before June 9th to cover costs and deposits that has to be made for the trip. We don’t have a final price yet per head, but we estimate between $200 - $250 per head for 2 night’s accommodation, entry into Eastern creek for 2 days, entry into WSID Saturday night, travel, and 2 night’s dinners at the park. Breakfasts and lunches will up to each individual to purchase as those times we will be at the track. We are only accepting 18 spots on the bus, those in first with their deposits will guarantee them a seat. There are already 10 seats taken, only 8 seats left, first in first serve.
