Default Loose Brake Rotor

Hey guys,

Just a quick question to the mechanics out there. I have a AUII sedan forte and went to check my brake pads today and noticed that the rotor would move with my hands and felt like it wasn't on securely. I always thought the rotor was bolted on somehow but is this right? It doesn't move much but it is sort of worrying me? your opinion will be much appreciated!

Cheers

P.S. Yes I do need new pads.
