Default Escort diff upgrades.

Hey all,

I'm considering buying an escort panelvan, and doing some work on it.

How strong are the diffs?
I'm looking upping the power, and putting a fair bit of torque through the driveline.

I don't have anything concrete in mind like the year/model of escort, or what kind of motor. At this point in time, I'm just after information on how strong the diff is, or how easy it is to transplant a tougher diff in there.
