Ok, tonight i was in an accident at a train station car park. It was pretty much full, and i'd just passed a parking bay that was empty. I stopped the car and decided to reverse so i could pull into it.
As i was reversing, another car pulled out from the parking bay and hit me on the right side. (Im the green car, her car is blue) Ive got a dent in me rear quarter and the scratch extends all the way to the door. The other car is damaged from the rear. I want to know who's at fault if any one? What will the insurance company's do? |
