Default Whats so good about Dyno Tune

I can't comprehend how people can charge over a hundred dollars an hour to do the same job a standard mechanic can do with the laptop. Why is it so expensive? and why should I get a dyno tune rather than a normal tune?

can someone convince me to get a dyno tune. Because I think its a waste of money. Somebody help me LOL

move if in the wrong section. thanks
