In Perth this week this guy smacked the tow truck driver and took his car back. Now he's charged with aggravated robbery, loser.
A MAN has been charged with stealing his own car after it was confiscated under the State's hoon legislation. The 33-year-old Balcatta man allegedly assaulted a tow truck driver, took his keys back and drove away in his car after it was confiscated by police in Mullaloo on Monday. He was charged with aggravated robbery and his car was seized for seven days. The tow truck driver suffered a broken nose in the alleged assault.
