I had one of my home brews tonight, a Blue Mountains lager I made last year. Taste is ok, though I'm sure I overdid the sugar for carbonation during conditioning as it's insta-head as you pour it from the bottle.

I've got some of my last brew, which was a Bavarian Witbier that tastes a little like Schofferhofer, in the fridge ready for race 2 tomorrow. I like that one more, though it was from a wort kit I got for Xmas so it had fewer things to screw up. Run out of my Leffe Blonde copy, that was yummy too.

Need to ponder my next brew, winter is a good time for brewing as it's easier to control the temps, particularly for ale yeasts.
