After changing batteries, starter won't engage and noticed central locking isn't working, either by key or by button on dash.
Battery is fully charged (tried 2) and ignition lights all come on but on "start", nothing happens except the smartshield "red hand" starts flashing. Checked the under dash and under bonnet fuses and all seem OK (damn). Tried selector both in Neutral and Park, and still nothing. Can anyone offer any suggestions? ....Please!......???
