Default A few questions on AU XR8 II

Before I take my XR8 for a bit of a drive on the weekend, im planning on changing the oil for the engine, and the fluids for the diff and gearbox. The engine side of things has been sorted. I have some of the castrol SAF-XA fully synthetic LSD oil and a bottle of nulon diff treatment. So I would like to know what people think of that oil, personly i cant see what could be wrong with it, but i recall reading that Penrite make a fairly decent diff oil.
As for the gearbox, I havent got anything for that yet, so what do people recommend? Its manual BTW

Also the engine oil is 10w-40, is this what most people tend to run?
