Hi Guys and gals,
I am the owner of the Deep Ivy Green Landau that Geepee was referring to in some prior postss. A bit of background the car is currently in need of a full restoration. I have most parts so hopefully things go smoothly during the resto (famous last words). The plan for the car is to get it back to factory spec including hubcaps. The only "factory" item that will be missing is the vinyl roof. We plan on completing the car for next year's or most likely 2011 All Ford Day at the Creek. I don't know a lot of history on the car. It was purchased from a dealer in the southwest of Sydney so not sure if it was the one seen in Hornsby. It currently has a "magnum" style rim so this would another way of identifying it. I am the third owner. So if I post a message with some people might think is a "silly" question, please don't hold it against me cause I do come from the Red side!!!!!!! I realise there aren't many Landau's left so we will try and bring her back to the best condition possible. Cheers, Phillip |
