I was trying to express that people are breeching their responsibilities to take the points which are designed to put repeat offenders off the roads making the roads safer for all of us, and the fact that you can cop a higher fine in exchange for somebody losing points is just wrong if you ask me. This practice stinks of revenue raising not about putting repeat offenders off the roads.
