Hi guys, searched but couldn't find anything on what is required to transfer a a car registered to a owner in Perth to someone else that also lives in perth. The WA site that is supposed to have this info is down at the moment or was never up in the first place.
By the way car is 32 years old so I believe is exempt from the immobiliser requirements. thanks
