Hi all, we have a Mitsubishi Triton that we have had since new, its about 12 months old and we just noticed yesterday a crack started forming from the lower edge and over the last 24 hours it has worked its way about 350mm towards the centre of the windscreen. My question is what would cause this? There is no sign of any impact of any sort and no chipping. Could the expansion of the glass in the last couple of hot days contributed to a possible existing weak point? What has me baffled is the fact that it started at the very bottom edge.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
