I've noticed it a lot in Vic, empty patrol cars parked on the side of the road.
Bad luck if you approach one requiring help. I see there are two sides to this, but I can only be concerned that while there is a car parked empty on the side of the road, there are people getting away with offences everywhere? What are the two officers doing if they are not in their car?
