remember the 2 boys that took the 3 yo

the two 10 year old boys that took the 3 year old child away from his mother in feb 1993 that tortured this poor child cutting his fingers off with scissors and shoving batteries in the little boy and when he perished they left his remains on a railroad track - I am sure everybody remembers this atrocity - these two boys that committed this offense are said to be released soon to Australia and given new identities. I feel that this turn of events is terrible, and my email has been hit several times with a petition type email that you add your name to and forward on it seems that many (including me) are most upset by Australia still taking these nasty people from other nations - we are not a penal colony anymore.
