I had to fix one of these last week on my XF utility WOW did I curse when I lifted and heard the kaching clunk noise - dude walked past me smiled and said "you just broke your door handle huh? - I have done so many of these now that we have made a specialist tool to fix them! it started life as a screwdriver with a small square drive on it and its now been cut off and made into a "T" handle and the socket that fits the door handle nuts (A DEEP ONE) remains permanently attached to it I would hate to think how many of these I have personally fixed. Had a ZL lane that had every single handle broken on the outside. these are the epitomy of PITA.
