Default Throwing things at vehicles needs bigger deterant!

what is it with some kids?

throwing eggs at cars..

throwing a bollard!! at a truck..

luckily there were no casualties but the consequences could so easily have been different, esp with the bollard.

i must admit, i have to travel under a few underpasses/bridges in my travels and i do find myself looking these days to make sure nothing comes through my windscreen. occasionally you see kids up there and you just hope its not your turn.

given the age of most of the culprits, i'm guessing most get off with little more than a reprimand, and it probably becomes some sort of status thing in the playground/schoolyard.
