Default 1977 Escort Diff

Hi Guys a friend is asking me if a Escort Van that was made in 1977 should have a 4:125 diff?? and is it common or rare? I said I have NO Idea I'm a GT man.

But you guys will know. Its an Automatic Van made in 1977 and Auto.

Is this a common diff? and if to sell what price would be fair?

Best Regards
Boxy
