I think the definition of manslaughter was basically "continuing to perform an act that you know could possibly result in a death, even though you werent planning to kill someone"

Go to Jail, do not pass mum, do not pass the hippies, do not pass the forgiving judge and most of all do not pass someone with the propensity to label children with ADHD.

Mandatory sentencing should be brought back in IMO. Give these little fvcks something to worry about. Imagine, no iPhone for 2-5 years.
