Sure none of it is 100% proof, but it is painting a pretty bad picture.
Well sales stories tend to be spun at the best of times but the ad says call Lilli and he says he spoke to a Sam.....

If you were selling YOUR car would the story be:

a) I have had a gut full of it and want something newer and a lot quicker that does not keep breaking down, having to get new bits fitted all the time and gets blown away at the lights by almost everyone.

or

b) It is an excellent car that has been maintained to a high level. I have spent 1 bazillion on it keeping it is tip top shape, here are the receipts. It is very safe as it is not the sort of car that hoons want.
I am only selling it as I need a ute/wagon/porsche/stage coach/elephant for work/family/political reasons.
