Default Engine bay squeak?

Hi all, newbie to the AU seen, and must say i really like it. I've bought my wife an AU Fairmont wagon 5.0 V8.
In the last couple of weeks we've noticed a squeak coming from the engine bay, i've put a rod to all pulleys to listen to them, but all seem to be ok, we tried some wax on the belt to see if that would help but nothing, we took off one of the vacuum lines to see if that was the problem but still nothing, i'm still thinking its the belt but am unsure, has anyone else had this problem, or similar.
The sound definitely seems to be coming from the belt area, but belt dressing and wax didn't work, maybe i just need a new belt, the engine has done about 180000. The noise also changes to a tweety bird sound, so maybe i need to take the bird out the engine bay!!!!!!

Any help would be great thanks.

Cheers

Scott
