Question ANDRA Rule change?

G'day all,

I find it hard to swallow that a bike rider can do a 10 second pass with just the usual protective gear and if your car creeps into a 11.99 pass you get told to go home (Perth Motorplex Street Meets) and come back with a four point harness,tailshaft loop etc.
I think with todays modern cars fitted with Disc brakes all round,Airbags,ABS,DSC etc. shouldn't have to comply with this rule, my objection to this rule is mainly I don't want disfigure my car for a unfair and outdated rule.
Does anyone know how to get the rule looked out by ANDRA with a view to modernising it.
Or am I kicking a
