Well my trusty XR 8 developed a slight miss a week ago so gave it a bit of a birthday at the weekend before the Cruise to Haddys museum & Rod shop Plugs Oils ext, Seemed to be running ok but started emptying the header tank a few times along the way
 So thought I mite investigate a bit further tonight after work  It would appear that Tickfords Hector M.Built 13sec stocky Wheeser has had a head gasket let go  Only has 100800ks on the clock but you get that. looks like another how to coming soon  Shed already has the Cortina in it getting ready for next month so room is at a premium   I would imagine this is how I would have looked if I didn't give up the smoke 10 years ago       Will give some update along the way soon as I finish stripping her down
