Default Cougar ABS Modules

I have a 99 Cougar and the ABS red light is on all the time. Have checked the brake sensors and they are OK. Looks like I may need a new module. Took it to ford and they Self tested for codes.
Report shows "FAULT CODES LOGGED B1201-HEC+FUEL SENDER CIRCUIT FAILURE. B1318-HEC BATTERY VOLTAGE LOW."
Any thoughts?
I have read these modules could be in the $ thousands.
Thanks Rod
