Funny but so true.

Last time i checked...
Pedestrians use FOOT paths.
Vehicles use ROAD ways.

Now its Pedestrians use what ever they want for free.
Vehicles pay registration to only use a road way and face fines to protect pedestrians due to pathetic laws..
