Hi folks,
About a few weeks ago, the old Forte has developed a weird feeling when going over speed bumps and/or dips in the front (center &towards drivers side). Something like a scrapping, pressed rubbery sound but not that much to be externally audible. Have checked the bushes, sway-bars, tires and nothing seems to `jump out` so to speak. The only recent changes to the car , were all round new shocks and a front left low-ball joint replacement. Co-incidentally there is slight clank on the left hand side (this existed prior to the ball joint replacement also) from a standing start/at lights. Nothing when turning corners though. Could this be related to the above problem ? I'm gonna take the front sway-bars off in the w/end . Any others thing to look out for ? thkx!!! Ash
