Re: 2012 AFF Drag Nationals & Show N Shine @ HPR 8th & 9th Of June

Not much interest in the Show and Shine yet but those that attended last year will remember how fantastic the prizes were. We have one prize here at home (was the Auto Legends prize which we will use for the Show and Shine) and I will speak with Russell about some cash prizes as they are worth more than anything with Petrol becoming so expensive.

It is still some time away but if spectators want to enter (free - just need to pay Spectator entry at the gate) you get to have your car inside, chance of winning a great prize and there will be plenty. This is a show where cars will not be penalised for mods - in fact we embrace this.

Spread the word amongst the Clubs and your friends and I will organise the prizes and a couple of really good fair judges.

If you enter the Show and Shine you CANNOT be Racing! The car must sit in the Show Area for the day. I anticipate that we will have the prize giving for the Show and Shine mid afternoon (will confirm exact details closer to the event) and cars must be left in place until this time.

I will start a new thread for the Show and Shine once we get a bit of interest.

Classes the same as last year with one extra class for Encouragement. You have 6 chances of taking home a prize:
