After receiving horrendous service from Dale I then tried Sinclair and Cumberland Ford for warranty service and repairs: they are all the same: each privately owned, buying the car from Ford Aus and treating customers like crap after they get your money. There is a systemic problem with Ford dealerships Sydney wide; if Ford doesn't want to die in Aus then it must take back control and run it's dealerships itself, that way you get rid of these fly by night merchants such as John Stark (Dale Ford) who come in, run the business into the ground (in this case broke) and destroying Fords rep. This forum is littered with stories of dissatisfied customers from countless dealerships - it's not just one or two.

That's why people blanket ban buying Fords again.

And "settling" for a Hyundai/Kia is actually nowadays a big step up from a Ford, in both quality, equipment and customer service and satisfaction...
