For someone that labelled speed cameras a "cashcow" before being elected, old Ted's certainly changed his tune?
Just saw the news that all fines will rise by 15% in the upcomming state budget.. Not just speeding, redlight, mobile phone use etc.. but ALL fines.. even having an unregistered dog or cat! Honestly... Where is this state/country bloody headed?? Fancy having to rely on the public stuffing up to make the books balance??
