I recieved a call this afternoon from my dealer and after the usual introductions I asked him what the call was in aid of and he replied ..."well I have some good news and I have some bad news" so with no hesitation I asked "Whats the good news?" and the good news was my eagerly awaited F6 Tornado had gone into production. Then with some reservation I reluctantly asked "so what the bad news?" to which he replied "it's not the colour you wanted"
Now to clear any confusion I would like to state the I had oringinally ordered De ja vu(green). Although without being able to see the colour on a car I decided to visit my dealer and ask if it was ok to change the colour to Blue Pearl. He sad that would be no problem and I left feeling alot better about my dream purchase. My question to AFF readers is would you take the car in De ja vu and get the greatest Xmas gift possible OR would you tell them to cancel the build and wait to the new year to get the colour you really want and hope to get an early build date so not to wait to much longer. used: |
