I have had the car for 4 months and love it. It's the 2 litre diesel power shift auto. I do have a couple of things that are annoying me though:
1) The door rubbers make a hell of a lot of noise as they rub against the body of the car. The car seems to have a lot of body flex and, when I drive slowly over an uneven surface, the door rubbers squeak against the door frame. I have tried some silicone spray but this only mildly fixes the issue for a few days. 2) The trim around the gear shift does not secure very well and has a habit of lifting out of place. It should clip and lock into place, but it doesn't. In addition, it makes a constant stick/unstick noise as I am driving along. I have had it replaced by Ford but the new one is no different. Anyone had these issues and can suggest solutions? |
