there was or is a "clause" in one of the contracts that an installer was putting around stating the company would have to do a regular "clean" at the owners expense in order to keep the warranty
I cant remember who they were but sounded a bit suss there are companies going around that charge $10.00 per panel.....at ground level or easy access, not sure how they are getting on but that adds up to a fair few quid if I couldn't do it myself I dont think i would bother too much LOL at the OCD.....describes me perfectly when it comes to solar
