Default What is it with Drivers and Holidays?

Jeez, I just drove from Adelaide to Gawler today to visit some rels' for chrissy( 'round trip of 110k) and was nearly sideswiped, rear-ended, t-boned ect, ect! about 25 bloody times.
I know Christmas can be stressful but bloody hell, you think with all the "Stay Safe" stuff on TV, these people would learn. Every holiday period it's the same thing. Does anyone else notice this or is it all in my head??
