Angry Who Has Been A Very Naughty Boy

Well guys Mr Casper is now on a warning. Not from the police, From Mrs Casper. He recieved a parking fine in Sept last year and did not pay it. What does Mr Casper receive in the mail today..... A lovely letter titled, NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT ORDER. Well Mr Casper has to ring the courts tomorrow to pay this fine off by instalments. If Mr Casper doesnt, Mrs Casper will be doing some enforcing of her own. And Trust me my enforcement will seem like luncheon with the boys at prison compared to their punishment. He will not be allowed to go to dyno day if he does not ring the courts. In my books, when you are asked to do something you do it. So he didnt do it so now he must pay the penality. So all of you who think that mr casper should go to dyno day, well start nagging him...... :evilking::
