Wulos, I'm sad today & I have to disagree with you: it will change the way people FEEL about Ford:
I'm a supplier to Ford, I still have my dad's XB Hardtop and I still lament the day I had to sell my BF GT . . . but all this came from the seed of Ford manufacturing in Australia and close to my home town !
The impact on the Victorian economy will be huge (people just don't realize the flow-on).
I don't blame Ford, though I wish they pushed the button to manufacture the Focus here and you can't expect to make profits unless you invest in new manufacturing technology.

Ford is part of me . . . but don't ask me to have the passion for an import ! it may as well be a KIA
