Hi
I am currently trying to pick up a few MPG on my mileage and was wondering is it even possible to advance the timing 3 or 4 degrees on a laser?? Do I need to do anything other than rotate the dizzy? Not overly concerned about pinging as all low speed low load short hop city driving. My recollection with my Holden dunnydoor VH was as lead was removed from petrol and detonation set in I had to retard timing and it ran like a dog. I had always put my holden forward a degree or two and it had nice around town driveabilty / consumption. Thanks in advance |
