Arrow AU2/BA/BF Brembo Compatible Front Brake Line Brackets

Matt,

As you are aware I recently purchased the 6 piston Brembo front brakes from you. Being an AU Series 3 Pursuit 250 ute with the OEM Tickford/PBR twin piston units, they also have factory standard braided brake lines (front only). The OEM braided brake lines have a bracket to hold the hose with a rubber grommet. This bracket is not removable from the brake line due to the bracket not having an opening slit.
The Tickford lines can't be used on the Brembo calipers as the caliper end connection is rectangular in shape and the Brembo's seem to require a circular mount (such as that on the brake line which you supplied in the kit) due to it being indented into the caliper body.

The brake lines that you supplied already have a rubber grommet fitted to them and the solution was to purchase the BA brake line brackets at $4.15 each side. The part number is F*BA2L456A. These have an opening allowing the new brake lines to easily be fitted into them.
Note: that the Ford Spare parts dealer informs me that there is a separate listing at $120.00 per side for Brembo compatible brackets, however, I found the standard brackets to be compatible with the Brembo 6 piston setup.

Thought I would post this up here for anyone else's future reference if they run into this problem.

Now that I have the brackets sorted hopefully the rotors will be here in the next few days to finish the job!
