I'm from Melbourne and the speed cameras are everywhere and they want to fit more of them.... Even the Cop bikes have small side mounted cameras on them....There is talk of them wanting to install even more cams at new intersections etc.
And now they have number plate recognition as well. And they also passed a new law that allows them to sit at the bottom of a big hill and hide.. When is it going to stop? How much money do they want to make? People are losing licenses everywhere its getting ridiculous not to mention the costs of fines... Is there any way we can protest against all this new technology taking peoples livleyhoods and money? |
