Talking Brand New

gday I have just purchased a 1973 mk1 escort (always wanted one to do up). a mate told me to join a forum as a way of getting in touch with other escort owners to get in contact with clubs and gettig tips off other people.
I havent used a forum before so Im learning as I go.
currently I have my escort stripped (except the engine). Im cutting out rust and fitting patches. the engine is in excellent condition 1.6lt although not the original. it does come frome a mk2. the running gear needs a little attention but genrally good.

anyway just thoght I would say hello and hope to talk to other escort owners in the future.
