Default Illuminated Scuff Plates Fiesta ST

Hey guys so I delivered a 09/13 Built Fiesta ST yesterday and it had really nice illuminated scuff plates from the factory, so then I checked out my Fiesta ST which is the same build and compliance and it doesn't have them, so then I call another two fellow ST owners from work and they don't have them either, can anybody shed some light on this, who else has illuminated scuff plates?

Or is this the case of the factory accidently installing them on the vehicle as in Europe there is a sports pack that comes complete with the grey alloys, red brake callipers and illuminated scuff plates.

Thanks
